Your items must be in their original packaging or unopened in order to qualify for a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label; you will download and print it, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
